A 10-Day Course That Can Change Your Life Forever
Priceless. Sensational. Game-Changing.
I can’t say enough about Vipassana meditation. I recently completed my fourth 10-day course, and I’m more convinced than ever about its transformative power. Vipassana has helped me become more grateful, focused on the present, self-aware, and equanimous. I feel recharged and ready to live with renewed energy and clarity.
The benefits of Vipassana are not just personal. For over 2,500 years, millions of people worldwide have experienced profound change through this practice. Today, there are around 385 centers across more than 100 countries where you can learn this powerful technique.
We all face challenges—whether it’s unfulfilled desires, unwanted things happening, ill health, old age, loss of loved ones, or the trials of life in a rapidly changing world. With issues like rising geopolitical tensions, societal divides, advancements in AI, climate change, inflation, there is no shortage of internal or external factors with the potential to make one miserable.
Vipassana offers a path forward.
I know firsthand how effective it can be. I took my first course in 2017 (in Kelseyville, CA), followed by more in 2022 (Kelseyville, CA), 2024 (North Fork, CA), and now 2025 (North Fork, CA). I also served a course in 2023 (Kelseyville, CA). From the very first course, I saw the impact it had on my life, and after several years of daily meditation and attending multiple courses, I’m even more convinced of its power to transform.
To get started, you must attend a 10-day Vipassana course. During the course, participants maintain silence with no verbal or non-verbal communication, which also includes no access to phones, web, electronic devices, and written materials. The course is highly structured, running from 4:30 am to 9:30 pm, providing students the opportunity to learn and practice meditation in a systematic, immersive, and fully residential setting.
While the effort may seem daunting, the rewards are immense. Yes, it takes hard work and determination, but who hasn’t busted their backs to make their start-up or initiative successful, crossed oceans to fulfill a dream, climbed mountains to seek blessings, or turned all rocks to save their near and dear ones?
Well, this practice is to save and strengthen oneself. The principle is simple: before you can help others, you must take care of yourself. It’s like the advice you hear on an airplane: put on your own oxygen mask first, so you can then help those around you.
Remarkably, there is no fee to enroll in the course. You can make a voluntary donation afterward based on your experience and your capacity to give. This unique “pay it forward” model reflects the compassion and love that Vipassana embodies, and it was this very model that gave me the final nudge to enroll in my first course.
With so much to gain, I encourage you to give Vipassana a try. Be Happy!
